Racism is without a doubt a problem in New Zealand, but what is perceived as racism, and what is the cause of racism is a heavily debated topic. It seems with the progression of technology and inter-human relationships, racism has become more about the perception of race, as opposed to the actual race itself. I believe that currently society is heading down a path where our ultraobession with race is actually dividing us more, as opposed to uniting us. Although I believe that the solution to racism is by understanding different view points from all races, this can only be achieved if we allow ourselves to break the racial moulds that we have created.

Finish CV
I will finish off my CV today and also make sure that any of the information that is incomplete in the Career Centrals app his up to date. The goal at the end of this lesson is to have finished my CV and have my career central finished.
A small step I could make to hold a greater growth mindset is begin to have a more optimistic approach to life and spend time thinking about opportunities I could take in the future. Also invest time back into hobbies that I have abandoned to continue with the skills that I still hold from the past.
